Honestly, I'd been making coffee with French Presses for Decades, using the same method that comes on the box of that shine-y new Press.
I watched this video by James, followed his instructions, and was REWARDED by a FANTASTIC COFFEE that I'd not experienced with my previous procedure! I now wonder how many 'other ways' are on YouTube and what other great experience awaits me?
