It can be seen from the above Declarations on 'What is the Best Coffee,' that people may base their judgments and decisions on many varying standards and/or influences. Besides these, someone may prefer different coffees, different Roast Levels, and different Brewing Methods throughout the day.
For us, we have these essential standards:
- The coffee beans have to be of good quality to start with, and that means Specialty Coffee that scores at least 80 Points and above.
- The beans have to be freshly and thoroughly roasted, not Under or Over Roasted.
- Has to be Optimally Roasted for That particular Green Coffee.
- If a blend, has the combination of Bean Groups and Roast Levels come together to express something Distinct and Interesting?
We work hard and conscientiously, while loving to explore the coffee landscape. Ultimately, we simply offer blends and roasts that we ourselves have painstakingly crafted, cupped, and most importantly, ENJOY!
In Conclusion, whichever Brew you do that is meaningful and delightful TO YOU is, after all, what matters THE MOST!
