This Single Origin, Specialty Coffee has a nutty & chocolatey aroma; floral, prune & walnut flavours; and grapefruit aftertaste. It is roasted to a 'Full-City' Profile.

The plants were planted in the lower Himalayas at an elevation of 1,852 m. Harvesting is done around November to December, or upto January, and the cherries are processed as Naturals.

The Districts of the Indian Northeast State of Nagaland are built on top of rolling hills. Zunheboto District is said to be named after the flowering plant, 'Zunhebo,' which grows profusely in this region, and 'to' meaning hilltop.
