This Single Origin, Specialty Coffee has a flowery, herby & gooseberry aroma; and dried fruit, molasses & almond flavours. It is roasted to a 'Full-City' Profile.

Kohima is the capital of the Indian Northeast state of Nagaland. The coffee plants are grown at an elevation of 1,261 m., harvested around November to December or even upto March, and the cherries are processed as Naturals.
