This Single Origin, Organic, Specialty Coffee is characterised by fruity acidity, floral notes and a smooth body. It is roasted to a 'Full-City' Profile. 

Kohima is the capital of the Indian Northeast state of Nagaland, and is also known as 'The First District.' At an elevation of 1,444 m, it's hilly terrain, fertile soils, and favourable microclimate are ideal conditions for Arabica coffee. The coffee farming community is composed of smallholder farmers and village cooperatives. Harvesting is done around November to December or even up to March, and the cherries are processed as Naturals or Washed.
