Tuensang - Nagaland Organic Specialty Coffee

This Single Origin, Organic, Specialty Coffee has nutty, plum and citrusy flavours. It is roasted to a 'Full-City' Profile.

The plants were planted at an average elevation of 1,371 m. Harvesting is done around December until March, and the cherries are processed as Naturals or Washed.

Tuensang is the largest district (in terms of geographical area) in the Northeast State of Nagaland, India. It is also the easternmost district in the state and shares an international border with Myanmar. It is home to various tribes, such as the Changs, Sangtams, and Sumi Nagas, which contribute to the magnificent ethnic diversity in this area. Tuensang is also known as the 'Land of Culture.'
