This Single Origin, Organic, Specialty Coffee has a nutty & chocolatey aroma; floral, prune & walnut flavours; and grapefruit aftertaste. It is roasted to a 'Full-City' Profile.
The plants were planted in the lower Himalayas at an elevation of 1,852 m. Harvesting is done around November to December, or upto January, and the cherries are processed as Naturals or Washed.
The Zunheboto District of the Indian Northeast State of Nagaland is also known as the 'Land of the Warriors.' It is said to be named after the flowering plant, 'Zunhebo,' which grows profusely in this region, and 'to' meaning hilltop.
