This Organic Coffee has a great body, medium acidity; with flavours: berry, plum, molasses & woody. It is roasted to a 'Full-City' Profile.

The coffee plants are grown at an elevation of 900 MASL. They are sparsely interspersed with pomelo fruit trees, gooseberry trees, and pepper creepers. The harvested cherries are processed as Naturals.

The Zunheboto District of the Indian Northeast State of Nagaland is also known as the 'Land of the Warriors.' It is said to be named after the flowering plant, 'Zunhebo,' which grows profusely in this region, and 'to' meaning hilltop.
