When cold brew is a big part of your menu, you need a system that can keep up. The Toddy Commercial Model Cold Brew System with Lift is designed for cafés, restaurants, offices and other high-volume coffee setups that want to prepare consistently smooth cold brew in larger batches. Its 5-gallon brewing container accommodates around 5 lb (2 kg) of coarsely ground coffee and can produce at least 2.5 gallons of cold brew extract per batch. The patented Toddy Lift keeps the filter raised above the spigot area, helping the finished brew drain more easily without squeezing the filter. Made from durable, BPA-free plastic and requiring no electricity, the system keeps commercial cold brewing refreshingly straightforward. Simply add coffee and filtered water, allow it to brew for 8–24 hours, then dispense through the integrated spigot.
