This Single Origin, Specialty Coffee has a plum & nutty aroma; citrus, berry & woody flavours; and liquiorice & anise aftertaste. It is roasted to a 'Full-City' Profile.

Mon is a district in the Indian Northeast state of Nagaland. This district is home to many tribes, including the Konyak Tribe, which is well-known in the past for its headhunting tradition. Their distinctive tattoos and jewelry represent their prowess in life.

A few individual farmers in the area had planted coffee at an elevation of 1,480 m. The ripe cherries are harvested in November to December, and are processed as Naturals.
